ISEPC Hails India–US Trade Deal, Expresses Gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi

New Delhi. The Indian silk industry has welcomed the recently concluded India–US Trade Deal, describing it as a historic milestone that will significantly strengthen economic ties between the two nations. On behalf of the Chairman, Committee of Administration of The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council (ISEPC), and the entire silk fraternity, the Council has expressed deep gratitude to the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for his visionary leadership.ISEPC stated that the landmark agreement reflects the Prime Minister’s unwavering commitment to enhancing strategic economic partnerships and building resilient global supply chains. The trade deal is expected to improve market access for Indian products, including silk and silk-based goods, thereby supporting India’s vision of Viksit Bharat through sustainable, inclusive, and future-ready manufacturing and export-led industrial growth.Highlighting the significance of this achievement, the Indian Silk Export Promotion Council has prepared a special advertisement to commemorate the occasion. The Council has requested esteemed media houses, national dailies, and social media platforms to circulate the advertisement widely to ensure greater visibility and support for the silk exporting community.ISEPC emphasized that wider publicity of this achievement would benefit silk exporters, farmers, sericulturists, weavers, master weavers, small entrepreneurs, start-ups, and all stakeholders associated with the silk industry. The Council believes that such initiatives will further strengthen the hands of the dedicated silk community and enhance India’s global presence in the silk sector.The Council expressed confidence that media support will play a vital role in amplifying the positive impact of the India–US Trade Deal and reinforcing the growth momentum of India’s silk industry.
