• **Handcrafted Nature:** All our carpets are handcrafted by skilled artisans. As such, minor variations in color, size, pattern, and texture may occur. These variations are inherent to handmade products and add to their unique character and authenticity. They are not considered defects.
• We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website (e.g., credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI).
• By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including taxes and shipping fees).
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Order Placement & Confirmation

• Placing an order signifies your offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.
• Upon receiving your order, we will send an email confirming your order details. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it.
• Order acceptance and the formation of the contract of sale for the Products between you and Carpet Compact will occur when we dispatch the Products to you and send you a shipping confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
• **International Shipping:** For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• **Handmade Product Exceptions:** Due to the handcrafted nature of our carpets, minor variations in size, color, or design are not considered defects and are not eligible for return unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Return Policy for significant manufacturing flaws.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India for the resolution of any disputes.
