New Delhi: A golden business opportunity is knocking on the doors of exporters and international buyers in the handmade carpet industry. The Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC) is set to organize the 48th India Carpet Expo from April 14 to 17, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), New Delhi.
1,700 Sq. Meters Already Booked, Only 2,200 Sq. Meters Left!
Excitement is at its peak among exporters for this grand event. CEPC has announced that 1,700 square meters of space has already been booked, leaving only 2,200 square meters available. Given the limited space, exporters are urged to confirm their participation at the earliest, as no bookings will be accepted once the space is fully occupied.
300+ Foreign Buyers from 48 Countries to Participate
According to CEPC, around 300 foreign buyers and their representatives from 48 countries are expected to attend this international fair. So far, over 100 foreign buyers have already registered. The council has described this expo as the largest handmade carpet show in Asia, offering significant business opportunities for Indian exporters and global buyers.
Exclusive Benefits for Foreign Buyers
To attract more international buyers, CEPC is offering airfare reimbursement of up to US $700 for selected countries and US $500 for other countries. Additionally, buyers will be provided with a two-night stay at a 5-star hotel in Delhi, along with a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the expo venue.

CEPC Chairman, Mr. Kuldeep R Wattal, has urged exporters to confirm their participation at the earliest.
