New Delhi Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing the 44th Edition of India Carpet Expo from 15th to 18th March 2023 in NSIC Exhibition Ground, Okhla, New Delhi under the aegis of Govt. of India with an aim to promote the Cultural Heritage and weaving skills of Indian hand-made Carpets and other floor coverings amongst the visiting overseas carpet buyers. India carpet expo is an ideal platform for International Carpet Buyers, Buying houses, buying Agents, Architects, and Indian Carpet Manufacturers & Exporters to meet and establish long-term business relationships.
India Carpet Expo is one of the largest Handmade Carpet Fairs in Asia with a unique platform for buyers to source the best handmade carpets, Rugs, and other floor coverings under one roof. It has become a popular destination worldwide for Handmade Carpets. Indias unique capability in adapting to any type of design, color, quality & size as per the specifications of the carpet buyers has made it a household name in the International market.
Ms. Shubhra, Trade Advisor & Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India has kindly consented to inaugurate the 44th India Carpet Expo on Wednesday, the 15th March 2019 at 10.30 A.M., Senior Govt. Officials from the Central and State Governments, Members Committee of Administration, CEPC, and representatives from Trade and Media will also be present.
India Carpet Expo has received an overwhelming response from the Member Exporters and 275 exhibitors are displaying their products in the show. Over the years, the India Carpet Expo has established itself as a great sourcing platform for carpet buyers from all over the globe. More than 400 Carpet importers from 65 countries mainly from Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Palestine, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, U.A.E., U.K., U.S.A., Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zimbabwe registered with Council for attending the Mega Expo. Carpet Export Promotion Council is not only inviting and incentivizing the wholesale buyers but is also providing a 2 nights complimentary stay in hotel at New Delhi for attending India Carpet Expo.
