UP International Trade Show 2024: Rs 10,000 Crore Worth Orders Received, 70 Countries Participated

Lucknow: Minister Rakesh Sachan announced the grand success of UP International Trade Show 2024. This year, 2,500 stalls were set up, and representatives from 70 countries participated. Compared to last year, double the number of visitors attended, increasing business prospects.

Orders worth Rs 10,000 crore were received during the event, boosting the state’s economy. The minister also announced plans to organize similar events at the district level.

Small and Medium Enterprises Benefit Minister Rakesh Sachan emphasized the significance of the trade show for small and medium enterprises, artisans, and ODOP (One District, One Product) entrepreneurs. This platform showcases local products globally, giving them international recognition.

Investors and Manufacturers Unite The UP International Trade Show 2024 featured stalls from various sectors: defense, agriculture, industry, e-commerce, and textiles. This event brings investors and manufacturers together, promoting Uttar Pradesh’s MSME sector.

Kanpur Receives Substantial Orders Businessmen from Kanpur received orders from Canada, Poland, America, Germany, and Cambodia. Products made from grains, like biscuits, noodles, and chips, attracted foreign buyers. Millets products were also appreciated in Britain, Italy, Mexico, and America.

Such events provide local producers with opportunities to reach global markets.”
